Fire-fighting unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has a great application prospect in the process of fire fighting and rescue because of its characteristics such as flexible mobility and quick response. The use of fire unmanned aerial vehicle, timely grasp the fire scene information, effectively help the site commander to accurately judge the disaster situation, provide a basis for scientific decision-making, improve the actual combat ability of fire forces. 1、Air reconnaissance: the nose part of the firefighting UAV can be installed with color digital camera, infrared thermal imager, GPS locator, wind meter, temperature meter and toxic gas detector. The color digital camera can transmit the information of various heights and angles of the fire site to the receiver of the ground station in real time through wireless data. Infrared thermal imager can effectively solve the problem of color digital camera monitoring targets in extreme conditions, and can effectively control the hidden trouble of reburning; The installation of GPS locator, wind meter, temperature meter and toxic gas detector can transmit a large amount of real-time data from the fire site to the ground receiver through wireless data, so as to conduct in-depth analysis and assist decision-making. 2、Airborne auxiliary fire extinguishing: in the case of fire points which are not convenient for firefighters to climb, such as transformers and high-voltage lines, and liquid extinguishing agent cannot be used, the UAV can mount a fire extinguisher, which is controlled by the ground to spray fire extinguishing agent at a fixed point in the air to extinguish the fire. 3、Airborne rescue: mount simple fire protection devices, such as simple gas masks and rescue cables, in the UAV. When someone is trapped in the room or on the roof of the building, the UAV can provide simple rescue equipment for the trapped person on the roof or balcony of the room, and assist the trapped person to evacuate. 4、Airborne strong light illumination: a strong light illumination device is installed in the nose of the UAV, which is set in the same direction as the aerial camera. On the one hand, it can increase the shooting effect in the air through strong light under the condition of limited light. On the other hand, it can provide lighting for firefighters working at night at the disaster scene to realize rapid positioning, target determination and other functions. 5、Monitoring and tracking: The scene of all kinds of disasters and accidents faced by the fire brigade often changes rapidly. In the process of disaster and accident treatment, the UAV can be used for real-time monitoring and tracking, which can provide accurate changes of the disaster situation, so as to make rapid and accurate decisions. |
